Tree Care Division Operations Manager

Now interviewing candidates for Tree Care Division Operations Manager. A qualified candidate will be a Certified ISA Arborist and be able to perform the following duties: 

1. Meet with potential clients to diagnose and recommend a tree care program and provide estimates.
2. Organize a work schedule and manage the tree trimming crews
3. Provide quality control and customer service for work
4. Be responsible for billing and collections in a timely manner
5. Interview new hires
6. Provide training to ensure safety of employees and the public
7. Provide ongoing training on proper tree care to employees
8. Other duties as may be assigned
